Scope (EU)

These terms apply to orders placed on BSHOPER websites for delivery within the EU.
The contract language is the language selected by the customer on the website.
Mandatory consumer rules of the EU customer country of residence remain applicable.

An order is considered confirmed after payment confirmation or manual validation depending on the payment method.
BSHOPER may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or obvious pricing/content error.
Customers must provide accurate identity, shipping, and contact information.

Displayed prices are those visible at the time of checkout.
Shipping costs are shown before payment.
Depending on destination country, applicable VAT and EU tax obligations are considered.
All prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes.
Accepted payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, and PayPal. No complete card details are stored by BSHOPER.

Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier operations and destination country.
A pending-payment order can be paid at any time to confirm it.
Under EU consumer rules, consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right (except legal exceptions).
Returns and refunds are handled according to the active Shipping & returns policy page.

BSHOPER applies legal conformity guarantees required by applicable EU consumer law.
Customers must report lost parcels, non-delivery, or damaged items without delay and provide visual evidence.
BSHOPER liability cannot be engaged in force majeure situations.

Legal guarantee of conformity: under Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has two years from delivery to obtain conformity of the goods, choosing between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions of Article L217-12.
Warranty against hidden defects: the consumer may rely on the warranty against hidden defects under Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, choosing between rescission of the sale and a price reduction (Article 1644); the claim must be brought within two years of discovering the defect (Article 1648).
Consumer mediation: under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer is entitled to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable settlement of a dispute with BSHOPER GROUP.

Governing law: these terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the protective rules of the consumer's country of residence.

Offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock.
BSHOPER bears transport risks: if a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, the customer is re-shipped or refunded.
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
