Shipping & returns

This policy applies to orders delivered within the European Union (EU).

EU shipping

We ship orders to countries within the European Union (EU).
Delivery timing depends on destination country, carrier and product availability; the precise estimate is shown on each product page before you order.
Order tracking is available in your account once the parcel is shipped.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery to request a return, for any reason.
Defective, damaged, wrong or undelivered item: full refund, return shipping at our expense (photo/video proof requested).
Change of mind: refund within 14 days; return shipping is at the customer's expense: a flat fee of 4.99 €.
No restocking fee. Refund issued within about 10 days after receipt and validation, to the original payment method.
Items accepted for return: new and lightly used.

No exchanges: if you want a different item, we issue a refund and you can place a new order.
Contact support (support@bshoper.fr) within 14 days; you will receive the return address and instructions.
Returns are made by post. For a change of mind, return shipping is at your expense (a flat fee of 4.99 €); for a defective item, it is at our expense.
Once the return is received and validated, the refund is finalized.
